Injury lawyers have helped a cyclist who was injured as a result of a farmers negligence, settle his accident claim.
The cyclist had been riding his bike when he was thrown off when he attempted to turn a bend in the road which was covered in manure, mud and silage.
As a result, the cyclist suffered from leg and shoulder injuries.
He filed a compensation claim against the farmer for his personal injuries.
According to the mans lawyer, the farmer failed to ensure safety for other road users by allowing the mess to spread out onto the road.
The cyclist received an undisclosed sum in compensation.
