Police and paramedics hospitalised

Four police officers and two paramedics were rushed to hospital after suffering personal injuries as a result of a road accident that involved a police car and an ambulance.
Two officers were airlifted to a nearby hospital after being cut free from the police vehicle.Two other officers and two paramedics who had been in the ambulance were also taken to hospital.The accident took place in the Highlands on the A939 Tomintoul to Ballindalloch road, Moray, in the Grampian Police area on Friday morning.Investigators are currently investigating the cause of the accident. None of the victims are said to have suffered life threatening injuries yet it is unknown whether any of the victims will be filing an accident claim.
