The number of medical negligence claims made since the recession seems to have soared... either that or there is more publicity on the NHS mistakes now than ever before.
With the recession leaving more and more people jobless after being made redundant, more people are losing their private health insurance and are turning to the NHS for treatment.
Yet the number of staff at the NHS still remains the same while the number of it's patients soars.
With an incresing number of patients and fewer NHS staff, the stress levels of the medical staff is rising putting more pressure on them, causing more 'accidents.'
