NHS making more mistakes

According to recent news, the number of deaths caused by the mistakes of medical practitioners in the UK has increased by 60 per cent within the past two years with the number of medical negligence claims increasing by 18 per cent within the past year. And because of that, the NHS is getting a good slamming.
