Compensation Culture

The number of claims made in the UK is rising significantly and according to research by the Association of British Insurers (ABI), a majority of the claims filed are down to whiplash injuries. Figures found that approximately 1,200 whiplash claims are made across the UK each day costing the NHS alone up to £8 MILLION a year to deal with the victims. And what’s worse, is that the government has proved that Britain’s roads are now actually becoming safer leaving us to assume that the growing number of whiplash claims is down to the increase in organised fraud.
