16 year old drunk driver faces court

According to recent news, a drunk 16 year old boy and his friend had been arrested after he had stolen his father’s car, taken it for a two and a half mile joyride, set it alight, and then claimed they were kidnapped. The youth driver had been fined for driving without car insurance, no licence and drink driving. He was also arrested whilst in his pyjamas….cool eh?
