A man who suffered from personal injuries as a result of medical negligence is seeking over $50,000 in compensation.
The man from Chicago, U.S, suffered from cartialage damage to his left knee after surgeons performed a knee replacement surgery on the wrong knee.
The man was admitted to the hospital for the operation which should have been for his right knee.
After having his left knee "surgically invaded," the error left him suffering from chondromalaci patealla ( the damage of the cartilage under the kneecap).
He is now taking legal action against the hospital and the two surgeons who operated on him as a result of his injuries.
