Foot on the property ladder...or is it?

I'm so glad you have to have a conveyancer to sort out the dirty work when you buy a property.

It's so confusing, there's no way i'd be able to do it on my own, not that I actually understand what they do anyway.

But there are way too many jargon filled doccuments involved and it just feels like it's all written in another language.

But thanks to him, the house is NEARLY mine...I think...I should ask him!
