The family of an 11 year old boy who suffered from severe brain injuries after he was involved in a car accident, are soon to find out whether they will be rewarded the £1.2 million in compensation that they had filed for.
The 11 year old had been a passenger in a car when it had been struck by a coach causing him to receive severe personal injuries, including severe damage to the brain.
He now requires 24 hour care and assistance which has led his mother to leave her £100,000 a year job.
The London’s Appeal Court is soon due to make a decision on whether the family will be awarded the £1.2 million payout.
