Most people commit fraud without knowing

Apparently, having a car under your parents' name when you're the main driver is fraud. Everyone I know, including myself, has once had their cars insured under their parents' name to cut their car insurance costs. The insurance company is told that we're the second driver, even though we know that we're the main driver. However if something goes wrong and you make a claim, if your insurance company finds out that you're not the second driver after all, your claim is likely to be rejected and you will need to pay out additional costs and be charged for fraud.
